Doreen Myers 5K Walk/Run
REGISTER ONLINE FOR THE 2025 5K WALK/RUN
Please join us Saturday, April 26, 2025 for the 13th Annual Doreen Myers 5K Race!
Awards will be given to the top three males and females in the following age categories:
•18 & Under
•19-35
•36-59
•60 & Older
Additional awards will be given in the following categories: First Responders (including nurses), Most Spirited, Best Team Player and Best Dressed.
Runners will receive a custom t-shirt, raffle prizes, medals for all age group winners, goodie bag from sponsors, water, Gatorade and bananas.
The race will start at Highway 17 and 4th Street (near City Hall), will run along the Woodbine Riverwalk, and concludes at the Satilla River Waterfront Park.
As always, your participation in this race will help celebrate the memory of Doreen Myers. Doreen was a special woman who worked tirelessly to help abused children in Camden County and surrounding areas. Proceeds from the Doreen Meyers 5k benefits Safe Harbor Children’s Advocacy Centers in Camden, Glynn and Wayne counties.

The fee to register online is $30 (plus $4.30 sign-up fee) before April 11, 2025 and $35 (plus $4.60 sign-up fee) afterwards. On-site race day registration is $40 (plus $4.90 sign-up fee). Race day registration and packet pick-up will be from 6:00am-7:00am at Woodbine City Hall located at Hwy 17 and 4th Street with the walk/run beginning at 7:30am.
