39th Annual Crawfish Festival Parade
Saturday, April 25, 2026 - 10:00 a.m.
The parade is open to any person or organization wishing to participate. Please complete the form if you wish to enter. Deadline for parade registration will be April 23, 2026. Entries received after the deadline are not guaranteed placement in the parade. We look forward to a great crowd again this year, so plan now to be a part of one of the largest and most exciting events held in Camden County!
Parade Route: The parade step-off point is E. 8th St. and ends after turning off of 2nd St. and Camden Ave.
Line Up/Step Off: To ensure the safety of our participants, the line-up will be one way. NO Vehicles will be allowed to travel contrary to the prescribed route.
Parade Check-In: Line-up will begin at 8:30 a.m. All participants will begin checkin at Georgia Avenue. Check-in will be completed at 9:30 a.m. The parade will step off at 10:00 a.m. If you have a special consideration for the line-up, fill in the space provided on the form.
NO vehicles will be allowed to travel contrary to prescribed route.
NO Throwing Candy or Other Items: For the safety of our children, parade entrants shall NOT throw candy or other items to parade spectators. You may have someone walk along the parade route and hand candy, etc. to the spectators and they should keep a steady pace with the parade.
NO saving spaces in the parade lineup.
Horn/Siren Blowing: Please limit horn and siren blowing as much as possible.
Entries: All parade entries must keep pace with the entry in front of them. If you have walkers, please make sure all walkers are able to walk 10 blocks. If you choose to walk, there is a limit of 25 people per party. All children under the age of 16 participating in parade must be accompanied by an adult.
Staging Area: The staging area is to be used to decorate floats and/or meeting area for groups. Please keep all parties (riding and walking) together during the line up process. Please ensure that all members of your group, including children, remain under supervision and within your designated area. We appreciate your consideration in keeping the event contained.
Parade Entry Judging: Parade entries with Crawfish theme will be judged by impartial judges. If rules aren’t followed parade entry can be disqualified from being judged.
**Our volunteers are here to ensure safety, organization, and family environment; therefore, the Woodbine Citizens Steering Committee reserves the right to deny participation in the parade to any who display behavior contrary to these values**
